Every Day is a Gift: Thoughts on a 13th cancerversary

Celebrating 13 years post cancer today. Thirteen years ago on October 4, 2003, I had my final round of chemo for ovarian cancer. Thirteen years later I'm grateful to be alive, to be living my second-chance "bucket list" life as a singer, songwriter, recording artist and music educator. And to be living my mission to spread love, healing, joy and peace through the power of words and music--and to inspire others to follow their dreams.

My challenge to myself today is to embrace every moment, including the mundane, the challenges, health scares and all. And to remember to say the things I too often leave unsaid: "Thank you" "I'm sorry" and "I love you."

With Love, Patricia

(Here is a website link to my song "Every Day is a Gift," from my 2015 CD Save Your Heart. Every Day is a Gift
Also available on itunes, CDBaby, Soundcloud, Spotify, and other digital retailers.)
