Gospel-Jazz Roots Run Deep

It was an amazing night last night, joining the Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir on stage for their 30th Anniversary concert at the Paramount Theater. Revisiting my gospel-jazz roots, singing and sharing the stage with my OIGC choir family, and sharing the joy of the music. One of the highlights in a spectacular year. Below is a link to the video of me singing O Come Emmanuel with the choir, as well as some behind the scenes photos, including a couple of post-show photos with my musical brother, the amazing Terrance Kelly and with host of the evening, the esteemed actor Carl Lumbly. #grateful #gospelandjazzroots
