On Saturday November 10th I was a contestant for the second time in the live theater game show here in Los Angeles known as TopTune. Six singer-songwriters are invited. Our names are drawn out of a hat and we are put in pairs (Teams A B and C). Then titles are pulled out of a hat and we are given 17 minutes to take that title and write a brand new song and come back to perform it for a panel of celebrity judges in front of a live audience.

Nerve wracking? Yes. Exhilarating? Yes. Fun? Yessss! Especially when your team wins! Here's some photos of the night--me performing a song from my catalog with the house band, backstage with my co-writer Georges Krikes, and on-stage with the whole crew after being crowned the winners that night.
